    Hi I'm looking for a creatine blend reccomendation please one that doesn't make you bloat as I'm trying to lose weight. Thanks

    Alex Viada mentioned that no form of creatine causes water retention mnore or less than any other form.

    Consider what you're goal is. Not to lose weight but to lose fat. Creatine will not effect this negatively at all. If you go through the loading phase you may get some water retention. I don't believe you need the loading phase and just take the 5g per day. I've done this and haven't noticed any bloating. AFAIK it just adds an extra week or two until your at 100% saturation. Though other posters here have a different opinion on that side of it.

    Also creatine has numerous health benefits and is very good for preserving muscle as you cut weight.
