Doesnt seem to be unfortunately for the weekend.

10 first team players out through injury for Saturday, there is something very very wrong with our fitness & conditioning programme.

It's not kicking off at 12:45, which is a plus I suppose.

Not taking the pi$$ here, but I was just thinking how is Bendtner still at the club? He's an embarrassment on and off the pitch (how many incidents has he been involved in now?) is it a case that no one wants him?

And is Park still on the books??

Shouldn't be allowed near the club anymore, would rather Wenger played Gunnersaurus instead of him.

    1-0

Nice pass from Zelalem, super finish from Akpom.

Possibly not Zelalem? Number 7 anyway, only just turned it on.

He must be devastated after Barcelona were hit with the transfer embargo.

    Maitland-Niles apparently, missed it myself.

Bendy's in denmark at the moment working on his fitness, I believe he's due back in london on monday. Haven't seen him working with the team since he molested a taxi.

I'll miss that crazy baxtard when he's gone. Not.

Anyhow in honor of saturday, and a real sniff at a piece of silverware:

Matt Macey training with the first team. Really like the look of him, offers good size. I would have him as the number 3 next year.

    A club with values.

Not saying that we're the only one or anything but it's important.

That's why I want to see Wenger stay and win. That's why I want to keep Diaby and give him every chance to come back and play for us.

Yeah we can sign a new manager, spend money and maybe pick up a title when it clicks for that manager or the next.

It will mean so much more if we do it this way.

    They're not mutually exclusive.

We can win and still be a classy club. Whether its Arsene Wenger writing those letters or someone else.

    This is just good PR.
I doubt Wenger even reads what he signs.
Its success on the pitch which will determine Wenger's future not signing letters.

I hope he has success but after some of his tactical messes and team selections he seems to be losing the battle to stay. It would be great to see Diaby back as I like him and he is a brute when fully functioning which is something we lack.

How come Wenger cant find talent in the PL ?
Hes watching a PL game every week, sees every player live , yet he really hasnt spotted anyone .
He hasnt been able to pick up some PL player who hasnt realised their full potential and take them to the next level. Someone that Wenger (genius that he is) spots amazing talent that no one else has seen.

Arteta was well established quality player and we paid top price.

How come Wenger never seems to get the player who has had an ok first PL season , buy them relatively cheaply and then they go on to have a couple of great seasons with Arsenal.

Im thinking of the likes of a Lukaku , someone who comes into the PL does ok first season, changes club and then has a great season.
Or even the lieks of Atletico Madrid, that team is full of players who have moved around a bit within La Liga but have been assembled and Simeone has then playing out of their skins.

Lukaku was bought by Chelsea when he was from the Belgian League, everyone and their mother knew how good he was and Chelsea paid 18m for him. Then they loaned him to West Brom and subsequently Everton, not even close to what you're claiming!

I'd be far more worried about the talent he/the scouting team aren't spotting outside of the PL. When's the last time we've bought a relatively unknown player like a Benteke or a Michu for them to be a big success?

Koscielny. Sagna. Clichy. Flamini (not unknown, but certainly not highly regarded).

Maybe Drmic will be next. Or Sanogo will hit form and he will be next.

For me, Wenger's success would be so much more than someone else's.

Its sport it pretty much is. There are other things that make it an enjoyment, new players, kids coming through, nice football etc. but winning is the goal and we are severly lacking in that regard the past 9 years.

    Koscielny - 2010
    Flamini - 2008
    Sagna - 2007
    Clichy - 2003

Hardly spectacular, and the most recent in Koscielny took quite a while to come good.

Not specifically having a go at Wenger btw, the scouting system seems to have gone to pot.

    Disagree.

Why, if Liverpool won this year would Gerrard's first premier league medal be more meaningful than the first one Carrick won at Man U?

Winning is vital but there is more to it.

Was referring to Flamini last summer, actually. Not highly regarded after a poor enough career at AC, free, and fairly successful.

How often do other clubs turn up with gems from the rough? I think we actually have a pretty good record in that regard.

Not to Carrick no, each person/player/supporter holds many differentment meanings, the underlying consistency is winning

So whats the expected lineup tomorrow?

I am hugely confused about who is available.

    i'd say:

    fab in goal
    sagna mert TV Monreal
    arteta Ramsey
    ox cazorla poldi
    sanogo

Even The Ox is a doubt for tomorrow.
With Rosicky a doubt as well, wonder who we could play right wing?

Is Gnabry available? He could fill the gap.

Not sure, he hasn't been available for a few matches so I'm gonna say he is injured as well. :pac:

Says Gnabry is another two weeks.
Looks like a few U21s will be making the squad for tomorrow.

Feels so good being in a FA Cup semi final again. I know things have been pretty sh*t Arsenal related lately but we are still in a cup and apart of a big occasion this season.

Let's thump Wigan and get to that final!!

    Woj
    Sagna Mert Verm Monreal
    Arteta Kallstrom
    Cazorla Ramsey Podolski
    Giroud

    Possibly?

I'm not sure if Gnabry is still injured, the quotes in this article seems to suggest he'll be involved, but maybe he's just talking about the team in general.
