    I dropped out of college in March this year, while repeating first year as I failed last year. So I was planning on doing a two year PLC and returning to college then as a mature student. I don't think I'll be eligible for free fees, but I'm unsure.

    Would anyone have a rough idea of the fees I'd be expected to pay to return to third level as a mature student?
