Playing on foot sprain

    Hi new user here , I have a slight sprain in my foot from playing soccer last weekend still feels sore but I have a match this sunday but I am just wondering would it be safe to play on?

    If you are asking if it'll be ok to play on then you have, probably, already decided to play and you would like someone to further justify your decision.
