    Hi guys

I've a little boy who's OBSESSED with buses. We've been to the Transport Museum but just wondering if there's anywhere else you can see a large collection of buses or if there's any transport shows coming up?

    Cheers

The annual ITH bus rally is held on sat 26 April at the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum.

Although it says vintage, there are also always a selection of more modern vehicles in attendance. It is all Ireland but is usually mainly populated by Northern Irish attendees.

For a non bus-nut it may not hold the attention for long but if you have not been to the museum itself you can leave the rally and find more casual-friendly exhibits inside.

It is easy to get to as well, Cultra rail station on the Bangor line is right beside the Transport Museum, the bus rally is held in the parking area between there and the main road.

If you really want bus overload then the annual Showbus event in the UK would be it, a massive site with hundreds of buses and coaches of all kinds.

A brutal amateurish website for such a big event but it really is a massive rally.
