Fantastic day here in Castlebar with clear sunny skies although there is alot of smoke about from a large fire to the north of the town. Can be seen on the satellite picture

Raining on and off since about half two in Arklow,currently lashing with a cold wind off the Irish Sea.

Just drove back from Kerry to kilkenny...glorious day down there, the further east I went this eve it seems to get worse. Spilling rain by kilkenny, dark dark clouds!

Glorious Easter Sunday here (near Westport) yesterday. Sunny all day. Chilly in the shade though. Bit cloudier today and an increased easterly breeze.
