Cutting after a dirty bulk

For the last two months or so to kill a plateau I've been on a dirty bulk and by god it has worked.

Now though, as expected its time to cut the body fat.I was thinking of going on an ultra lean diet plan and hitting the cardio hard (I've accounted for a little loss in muscle mass so I dont mind losing a kilo or so).

Basically, should I just straighten out the diet or hit cardio as well?

Also, I dont think I could keep up with the calorie intake with healthy food, so im thinking of going down the mass gainer route for the extra calories, are they actually worth it or should I just pack my face with nuts?

My favorite is peanut butter added to a shake (blended).

Earlier today I had almost 800 calories go from fridge/cupboard to mah belly in about 3 minutes and it tasted great.

I've never really seen the value in weight gainers tbh.

Peanut butter is key I suppose, I get what you say about weight gainers, from what I see its all just sugar and other crap, not what I want for cutting the fat.

What flavour shake works beat with peanut butter?, I cant see my strawberry working to well..

I used vanilla from myprotein, it's genuinely very tasty, even better if you get it nice and creamy.

Ground nuts in porridge is another one I use some times.

I don't use strawberry for much other than just a regular old shake.

Out of curiosity, what sort of reselts are you talkign here.

I think his point (through the obscure medium of internet meme) was that mass gainers are not in what you would describe as an "ultra lean diet plan". I'm not sure if you meant lean or clean, but I think the convey the same here.

You are aware they are full of sugar and crap, so why are they in your new ultra plan?

Yeah that's what I do too. Add some banannas, milk etc and they taste delicious

Using a mass gainer while trying to cut bodyfat makes zero sense.
    Mass Gainer = Get bigger
    Cut = Get smaller
If you want to maintain muscle then up your amino intake.
Cut your calories week by week.
Add cardio in after a few weeks once you have your diet right.
From a bodybuilding POV, cardio is a tool to burn extra calories.
