The fact that they boast on their site that you can lose 12lbs in nine days by taking tablets and drinking Aloe Vera would make me steer well clear.

Healthy diet and exercise is how you lose weight, not by throwing pills down your neck for a week

any kind of "10 day" thing will make you loose a shed load of weight but a lot of it will be water. Here is one "for free" (of the top of my head) , start the day with a pint of warm water wth half a lemon ,juice 2 pints of green juice and 2 pints of kale shake, have them over the day as suits and maybe half an avocado or an egg for lunch and a small clean evening meal, no tea coffee but get green teas, cinnamon teas etc. you will loose 10 lbs in 2 weeks , and send me a 100 bucks if it does :D

the important question is where will you be in 6 months or 2 years!

I did the Patrick Halford 9 day detox last October and lost 7 lbs over those 9 days. I stayed the same weight after that but kept up most of the clean eating (except for Christmas and a couple of weeks after that). I've gone back to the clean-ish eating again and with my new gym program, I've stayed the same weight but lost 1% body fat.

I'm tempted to do the detox again to see if I can lose even 4lbs. It's been six months anyway so no harm to clean the system I think again.

I'm not good with juices at all so I'd find it easier to pop the pills!

There's no such thing as a detox, it's just sharp marketing. Eating less and moving more cause weight loss, not taking tablets.
