Where to buy Protein bars?

Hi,

I am looking for protein bars with high protein content and low fat profile.
Any good Irish website where I can order the same?
I checked on ebay but the shipping is too much.

Any recommendation is highly appreciated.

Youtube videos of recipes and instructions , I never buy them any more , and as was mentioned you control what goes into them . I make cookies and muffins aswell ! Well I say I , but herself does them for me

I am a medical doctor myself but then even doctors & nutritionist are fat at times

This was always my problem with doctors.

No offence to you but ye all go around offering nutritional 'advice' and haven't a clue in the slightest.

Take a pill for this that and the other. Yeah sometimes tablets are needed, but I don't understand why they don't look at lifestyle choices etc..

Because they get loads of "gifts" from the drug reps that are constantly in and out if their practice, and loads of pens.

In regards to the cheap bars, subscribe to the major online supplement companies and wait for one of them to have a 20% sale. Happens pretty often.

Also, i am going to buy the raw material today to make protein bars at home. Let's see if they turn out to be good enough.

cheers dude and defo better (more high fats than high protein which is good) but i also make them and buy the quest bars for times when i run out.

What's the delivery charges like with iHerb? Can't seem to find any info on their site.

Found it, looks like delivery is just under €8 on an order of 5 boxes, total order €92 incl delivery. That's €60 cheaper than an equivalent order from the likes of Bodyfirst Nutrition or Fitness Ireland here.

Is there any issue with customs when ordering from them?

no just keep the total under €150 and you should be fine
