Sorry if iv posted in the wrong place. Im just looking for abit of input and others experiences.. Im 24 iv been on the contraceptive pill for 6years! I decided in January to finish my pill, not because I want to concieve but id noticed my hair had started to thin!.. So I decided to not take anything mybody didnt need to see if it would improve. I had a period when I finished my pack on the 7th of January.. but I haven't had a period since, Iv had unprotected sex once on 23rd of feb since coming off the pill although my partner didn't "finish" (to be polite)! The reason im posting is because for the last few weeks my breasts have been tender at the sides and right under.. is this normal? Apart from that i feel fine.. Iv still had no period, it is possible but highly unlikely that I am pregnant. Is this just side effects from being on contraception for so long or could there be something more serious wrong with me, eg. Pcos, or cysts.. its really bothering me!

    Any input is appreciated

    Thanks :)

Best to talk to your doctor

    Hi OP,

I think that you should see your doctor if the problem has been persistent for a few weeks. It'll also answer the question on whether or not you're pregnant.
We're not allowed to give medical advice here so I'm going to close the thread.

    Best of luck,
    Sauve.
