Yeah, this is it. I was living in Munich at the time, it actually looked more pink than red under certain lighting.

At least keep the home jersey for 2 years if you're going down the route of making almost minimalist changes to it.

Well if for example your home kit is red and your away kit is white, then you need to wear something else when you play Sunderland.

I dont get why Chelsea need to make very small changes to their home kit every year.

They havent changed kit sponsor or shirt sponsor in years.

To be honest though I do think for clarity purposes that teams in that scenario should have a kit that contrasts with Sunderlands R/W striped shirt, black shorts, black (or red perhaps) socks. All white doesnt really quite do that in my opinion.
