Hi everyone! I have a question regarding Tennis Elbow..I've got diagnosed November last year that I have tennis elbow and it is work related injury, I am working full time as baker and as cafe assistant (same company). I have been on different types of tablets/ painkillers, paracetamol, vimeo and so on, since then. Also got this week steroid injections on both arms, I am on physiotherapy waiting list, and doing everyday exercises myself anyway..I've studied a yoga long time ago, remember still some good exercises...but the pain..when working all day, by the end of the day i am in such a pain that i want to scream, cant get sleep at night because of pain. I had one week off on January, then I was 2 weeks on part time, 20hrs a week, kind of got a little better, but now i am forced to work full time again. Today I had no choice but to ask at work if i could go to home on the middle of the day because the pain is frustrating. I really do not know what to do. I asked my employer to give me less hours until I'll get my hands better, but he wouldn't,he said he could give me a week holiday if that helps..any advice?
