Highfield's grass pitches are waterlogged so the rugby teams need the all-weather pitch for training.

I don't think I'll be able to play

Anyone else think it's a bit Rich of them too move our regular game of ball at a whim? I know the pitchs are in bits but let them train from 9-10 if that time is free. Boards are there at that time every week and they are glad of the money. I know what I'd tell them if they approached me about moving times

    Yea I'm (Liam) still in.

    Damn right.

It's also a bit rich of late blowing us up on the dot of the hour when the team before us is normally coming off 5 after. *shakes fist*

AFAIA it's only us and Abtran who haven't been cancelled completely seeing as we're their best customers.
Still a bit rich of them. There own teams don't pay too use the Astro and Highfield are in huge debt hence the renting their car park etc. if teams stop useing their Astro they won't be long falling behind on repayments too banks and see where that gets them. If it was my call id have told them too get lost let their own teams train at that horrible time

I don't mind moving the Tuesday game somewhere else if people who play regularly on Tuesday want that. I think this will only be for a week or two and then back to normal (weather depending I suppose).

Lads sorry about that; I picked the teams very badly and played like a fella who got out on day-release from hospital. The weather made everything worse then on top of it all.

You can only do your best when you have new lads out! The rain did make it difficult tho for everyone

Yeah I put the two new lads who turned out to both be good players on the same side. I'll split up new players in the future. Lesson learned!
