Memory Foam - Back/Shoulder Pain

I am going through physio at the moment for tension in my neck, both shoulders, and lower back - basically I am broken! I find waking up in the morning I am in pain, my pillows are old and crap, and due to my lower back pain, I have to sleep on my side for relief.

Spotted these online - do they look any good? Looking for something that wont aggravate my pain - just plenty of knots being worked out slowly but surely!

I get a lot of neck and shoulder trouble and i thought memory foam would be the way forward, but having tried a few different types I have found the best method was to roll a towel and insert it along the bottom edge of my pillow case.

The linked memory foam pillows and topper have made my neck much worse, I had a similar pillow a few years ago and threw it away, and I had to remove the topper from my bed as I could feel it wasnt supporting me.

Can only speak from my experience with them, but they havent been a good solution for me.

I've found removing pillows the best way to reducing neck and upper back pain. I just have one fairly thin pillow which gives my neck a better line. Don't know what to do for lower back pain though.

I have suffered over 20yrs with lower back pain and last 10 with neck, reason I got into therapies. Both are very effective and gentle so great if you are very sore.

For me, my Godsent is a neck pillow, from Lidl! Cheapest but found it the best. Also Ikea give good option. Honestly find them as good as the expensive ones. Rolled towel helps.
