Music when have extreme flu.

Hello,

Firstly please read the notes below:
- This depends on the person, the type of flu, etc.
- This was not placebo or some 'magic'.
- It does vary, as in I could listen to the song again and not get the same effect.


I ate 2 full bars (200g) of 85% Lidl Dark Chocolate from 6pm to 11pm (when I went to sleep).

Anyway, I woke up at 1am feeling very strange,ill,sweaty,etc. I felt like I was dying. I got up to get some water and knew something was up, I was very warm but at the same time I was shievering.

Anyway, this turned into a full on flu to where I was reaching points I just felt so bad, just in full pain.

Anyway, I put on my headphones and put on some tunes. I selected a track that was beautiful, and when I listed to it and really tuned in (really focused on the track), I would really let my body feel it.

Anyway, I reached points to where I went from feeling like I was dying (that really bad flu) to pure bliss, I felt so strong and better than normal. I got up out of bed and ran down and did stuff, but this only lasted for 15 minutes, I then went back to feeling like utter utter crap again.

I tried to listen to the song again but it did not work. in fact I just turned it off..


anyway, anyone know what happened?
