D8 Fitness-Great Customer Service

    Hey Lads,

    Quick plug for some serious customer service imo

    Recently ordered(last week) with D8fitness, the morning I placed my order, what I wanted went out of stock. I received a phone call, which I missed, then an email informing me that what I had ordered was out of stock and my card was being refunded.

    I then reordered when my refund came through, and they threw in a skipping rope and a lacrosse ball for good will!

    Personally I think this is great to see, good customer service is hard enough to come by these days, and I think this deserves a mention.
