Best dialogues in GoT

Hello all,
So myself and a fellow acting student have decided to work on a dialogue from GoT and I'm looking for ideas.

Something around 3-4 minutes long between a male and female character. I'ts important that both actors have around the same speaking time.

No Drogo/Khaleesi sexy-time stuff please

Anyone with good ideas?

Ned and Cersei from Season 1 would be good.

Cersei Jaime, season one episode one. You can even close by pushing some kid off a balcony :pac:


Cersei and Ned had some great dialogue as Blay mentioned.

Cersei and Robert in the 'our marriage' talk in season one episode five(?) was great as well.

Maybe some Dany-Jorah stuff though I'm just thinking of the "Rhaegar fought valiantly..." bit.

Jaime & Brieene in the tub. That's Jaime's best piece of dialogue from the show imo. Not sure how much Brienne says though....

Ned handing back his hand of the king pendant. It's the first time viewers (who naturally love Ned) begin to think his honour will get him in trouble.
Robert seething with rage about a damned Targaryen pup marrying a great khal and Ned containing his rage at Robert wanting to commit a heinous crime.
For two actors there's a wide range of both severe and subtle dialogue in their exchange that you both can tweak according to how you'd like to present it. Plus Ned and Robert are like brothers so there's that element of "I'd love to fúckin kill you, but I love you all the same".
I reckon an actor could have great craic with scene..

This scene between Tywin and the Queen of Thrones is class. She is the only person, male or female who is truly Tywin's equal. Unfortunately for her, Tywin outplays her this time.

Tywin thinks he is being clever with this plan, after he learned that Olenna plans to marry Loras to Sansa but she gets the last laugh at the Purple Wedding when she sets in motion a chain of events that ultimately leads to the downfall of the Lannisters. Game, set and match Olenna
