New Google SERP layout

Is everyone else getting the new design for Google search results?

I'm actually finding it physically painful to look at. There's something about the new layout that strains my eyes. Never mind the fact that it's further truncating the title due to the font size increase.

I'm trying to knock together a Chrome extension to automatically inject css to change it back to the old version, but if anyone knows of one that's already been done that would be helpful.

Or if anyone's still got the old version, I'd appreciate the font size/weight/spacing of each of the SERP elements. If I do hack something together I'll stick it up on Github

Just use Stylish. Then all you have to do is write the CSS.

Main differences seem to be the title is larger, with the underline removed; the green 'cite' text is smaller, and the description is a lighter grey that's harder to read. Not sure if they've changed the padding between entries too.

Cheers. I'd hacked together plugins for FF and Chrome last night, but that's probably an easier route. If anyone's interested, here's the CSS I ended up with:

They have also lightened the background color around adwords! sneaky!
will almost certainly see a jump in ctr and thus google profits!

also note on facebook the new layout the ad section on the right is wider. They to have tweaked the news stream fonts and colors and the
differentiation between stories and sponsored posts has been further blurred.
