    I used it for a long time. Found it great.

    Work ate used it a lot too, he found it fantastic too.

    I've slacked off the last while on it , it's simple to use, just haven't been assed.

    Suppose I'd better try to post something useful...

    OP, if you can get hold of a foam roller, there's a lot of stuff you can do that's pretty good for your posture. Plus you could use it for other parts of your body as well, where as this is only good for your back.

    You weren't wrong

    My back was stiff after romainian/rack deadlifts.

    Five or ten minutes rolling my back on a Grid roller and stiff no more :)
