Change/Adding Name to account

    Hey Guys
    Okay so I know the procedure is to call 1901 with myself and my father but I just wanted to ask a quick question if you don't mind,

    Currently the account is "MR JXXX & LXXXX WXXXX"  (JXXX being my father and LXXXX being my sister)
    1. if my name "SHANE" is added, will that be too many characters?
    and 
    2. if yes to the above then we'll be looking to remove LXXXX and replacing it with my name, so will my sister (LXXXX) need to be here as she isn't in the country anymore or will JXXX be enough to autorise the change as he is the original account holder?
     
    ALTERNATIVELY could my name be added without effecting the names on the address?
