Paleo Diet- Spaghetti Squash

Hi guys,

I have just started the paleo diet and i am looking for recipes to spice things up. During my research i came across a recipe for paleo spaghetti using spaghetti squash! I would love to try it out but havent been able to find any

Does anyone know where i might pick them up? Im living in Cork.

They are only in season from October as far as I know. Im in Dublin and managed to get some from a farmers market last year in the winter. They are a brilliant veg!
