Google's PageSpeed Insights hype

    Hi guys,

    There seems to be much hype lately in the SEO world, about the page loading speed both for desktop and mobile devices.

    Currently I'm building a website and decided to apply Google's "advice"
    I've achieved the following results : https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=www.hostcomb.ie

    Did anyone else got this sort of results ?
    Do you think that site loading speed will help the site in the search results? Cos I'm a bit skeptical, since more and more of us have high Internet speeds, and the worst coded site loads in under 5 seconds!!

    this is a factor now a days in getting higher search rankings. How you get this done, It is amazing man.

    I'll have to wait and see if it helps me in searches :)
    How did i do it?! Just followed Google's "advice" :)

    What i would really like to see, is someone else who got same page loading speed. I keep testing various websites and I don't see any of them going over 85/90. And to be very honest, I really think is not that hard to get 100 :)

    Thanks, It might Not be too hard, I have a wordpress site, I used several plugins to improve this, but not sure how can can be done, Any advise from you will be much appreciated.

    Other Imp thing is Link Building for getting higher in search ( Internal links nad externals) + Social Media.
