Hi, what are some good exercises that really work the centre chest line as circled in the attached image.

I posted this before in the wrong sections so hope to get a reply here.

I never seem to be able to find an exercise where i feel like i've given that area a good workout.

Thanks in advance for your help...

You cant really work the inner chest - the chest is one muscle so just work all of it out. Genetics play a large part in this also.

You need a bigger chest - lots of pressing from various angles and fly type movements for you!

I always find flys hit the centre of my chest harder (well feels that way) than pressing.Id imagine its a lot to do with body fat also.

Closer grip pressing helps also, but it also hammers the triceps while you're at it. Just keep training the chest hard and it will come.

There's no such thing, in terms of muscles, as centre of your chest. No inner or outer chest muscles either.
Your chest is one small muscle underneath (that you can't see) and the visible part, is all one muscle on top (one left, one right obv).

As mentioned above. If you want a bigger chest, hit it with lots of pressing and flys. Hammer hammer hammmer

You need lower bodyfat. It's like a person asking what exercise work the abs because they want a six pack.

Cool, thanks all... yeah i understand it is one muscle but i thought there would be some exercises that could get to a various part of the muscle more.
