metabolic workout ideas

    Hi, I'm hoping to get some ideas for a tough metabolic conditioning workout.
    I have access to kettlebells, pull up bar, skipping rope, a prowler, Olympic bar and weights, dumbells and a reasonably "fit" body for body weight excercises.

    I have a load of exercises but don't know how many reps to aim for or what order to do them in.

    Easy enough to do As many rounds as possible stuff (AMRAP)

    Eg - 10 mins AMRAP
    5 Single Arm KB Presses each side
    15 KB Swings
    8 KB rows each side.

    Prowler
    10 min block of
    Push for 20s
    Turn prowler & rest for 10s
    Repeat
