Been a member for almost 2 years now. It's an excellent gym for its price (169 for 12 months at the mo).

    2 floors -

1st is primarily machine weights, treadmills and a light free weight area. The female changing room is on this floor, 2 water fountains.

2nd floor is where all the barbell action happens. 4 flat benches, 2 incline, 2 portable portable benches, 2 squat racks and 2 smith machines. A very large free weight area with dumbbells going up as high as 40kg (as far as i know). 2 water fountains & the male changing room.

It can get busy around peak times, but i've never been heavily inconvenienced by it. If you go early in the day (before 3pm) or late (after 7pm) you'll have no trouble.

Staff are chill and quite friendly. There's a very nice PT that works there named Dean and floor staff member named Gavin. Both are very approachable.

Thanks for the reply, but is there any pullup station in there or Freestanding dip bars?

Yep, 2 assisted pullup machines (one on each floor) and a free standing one with dip bar too (2nd floor)

I'm also a member and find it's a great gym. The description above says it all really.
