Orangey Watery Liquid

Hi,

I've noticed a lot of guys in the gym lately are drinking an 'Dark Orangey Watery Liquid' in a shaker, throughout their workout.

Does anyone know what this could be and what the benefits are... i'm sure they are not putting Lucozade into their shakers...

I don't think it is... i was thinking it might be something like Amino Acids of some sort... hopefully someone will be along soon to clarify.

BCAAs of some description, most likely. It's a known fact that you must consume BCAAs pre-, mid- and post-workout or your muscles will almost instantly evaporate.

Probably BCAAs in orange juice. Is there as scummy foam on the top of it?
