I wasn't sure in what section to ask this. I started back in the gym recently but could someone recommended something to strap my phone to my shorts while I do the workout instead of buying an ipod and transferring all the music over.

Basically a holder that has a clip on it. The phone is a samsung galaxy express 2, similar size to an s4. Any help appreciated.

Yeah something like that jinkybhoy that would allow my earphones to be connected too. Most people are just saying to use pockets in the thread above but the phone bounces around too much in my pockets.

Are you just doing cardio that it's bouncing around on you?

If I'm running, I hold the mp3 player in my hand.

Running intervals, bench, squats, deadlifts and some mat work like planks and stuff. Just basically wanted something to hold the phone for me so I can be as mobile as possible and keep the time between sets down. I only like to have a 10-12 second break between sets and trying to sort a phone out too would just cost me time.

I find the arm ones to be a pain the arse. if you've got guns then there either to loose or too tight.

No guns man. More muscle in a snack box so I'm safe enough I'd say :)

Thanks for the concern but I'm only back training after almost a year out with a bad knee injury playing soccer. I'm lucky to be able to train at all to be honest. We can't all be beasts reracking bars like the hulk.

I think you're taking me up wrong. I'm just saying that's a very small rest period. Surely you're not recovering at all in that time?

Bought 2 off this site a few days ago. They cos a total of around 9 dollars. A guy who sells phone accessories in my town wanted 18 euro for one of them. Worth the wait when they're that cheap imo.

Thanks for link, will update on delivery speed and quality when they arrive.
