Recently I have seen a massive change in my body.
I have gained muscles in my arms legs chest and my shoulders are beyond big.
All of my clothing I have are now useless and I am slowly buying clothes to fit me.
I am 16 years of age.
At first all I cared about is getting strong and bigger but now when I look at it I dont want that anymore.
I want that lean look, you know the ones you ser in geordie shore and those beach men look.
    My routine is
    Weights 5 times a week
and then Saturday I do all cardio.
I do swimming aftet all my workouts and i take supplement because i needed to gain mass.
I am 78kg and when I say I have bulky look I dont mean arms fat belly fat.
I have a slim stomach and my arms are big enough not contain fat.

So what can I do to change to lean

I play soccer during the weekends with my friends and I have also noticed my lack of stamina and pace due to before.
I did a beep test in my school before I started going gym and my times was 10.14 secs.
    I was joint first place.
I wonder what it is now?!

What shall I change my routine to so I can get lean, get a lean muscle(six pack) and all.

Lack of stamina is because you didn't train for it.

The opposite of bulking is cutting.

I also have received some stretch marks in my shoulder blade area and upper arm.
2 or 3 which are very visible.
Any suggestions to get rid of them

What else was I supposed to say.
I swear on my life O have never ever watched those programmes such as the Valleys Big tip texas.
They are usually on the ads in the gym.

    Less calories= fat loss

Use bio oil on the stretch marks, it's great stuff.

If I was in your position id switch my aim to looking towards a marathon. You'll achieve what you want, up your fitness and drop weight as long as your diet is good. You might also find that running is your thing.

All you have to do is change your goal, once you have a productive goal you're halfway there.

What? The dude has a goal, get leaner! Running a marathon isn't gonna get him to a six pack ab lean, well it might but not the way he wants.

Look into GBC or something along those lines.

    GBC??
    Galway Bakery Company.
That is what came up when I googled it

    How tall are you?
Because unless you are 5'2", I doubt you look as bulky as you think at 78kg. You were probably just very skinny before so now you need normal size clothes.

No harm in wanting to lean out, east less, and up the intensity of the workouts.

Yes. Try including more pastries in your diet.

Or look into German Body Composition.

I am 5.67585 foot, would that be considered as 5 foot 6 or five foot 7

    Very effective troll.

Fcuking GBC is totally flavour of the month though. Everywhere you look on here it's either GBC or GVT. Or both.

Ze Germans are really doing it to us.

    (This is all my opinion)

Ok, you're 16! Get as strong as you can while you're a strength & mass building machine! Do Squat's, Deadlift, Press variations, Pull up's, Chin up's & rows! (yep, starting strength/5x5 variation). Do some cardio! Eat big & clean. Hammer your mobility & flexibility & you'd be much better off then trying to look like one of those juiced up monkeys on Mtv!

I wish I had this advice at 16!

Me too. I only wish at 16 someone had took me aside and showed me how to lift and eat properly

At 16 I was to busy playing team sports than spending it in the gym.

OP you should consider playing a team sport instead if spending so much time in the gym

Like I said in my first 2 posts in the weekends Friday Sat Sunday, I go and play sports with my friends.
I don't have time in the weekday, I hate enjoying myself in the weekday, If I was given free tickets to go karting on a weekday, I would never go because the thought of school the next day holds on to me.

You have time to go to the gym so you must have time to go play sports?

    You should try self-flagellation.

    It'll really get you shredded.

The only muscles you should have at 16 are in your forearms. :)

If this isn't a serious post, well done, because you got me.

I played a ton of team sports when I was 16 at a representative level and I so desperately wished I had read something like the below:

and dropped a sport or two. Just because most people discover the weight room in university doesn't mean it's the ideal time to start. The sooner you start training properly the better.
