    Abs have very little to do with work outs, they're mostly dependent on diet, and body fat %

    Thanks but im already skinny but only really have a 4 pack so i think I need work them harder

    It's not that complicated. If you have big enough ab muscles, that's great. If you don't and still want a six pack, you'll need to work on them.

    If you have a body fat % of 10% or lower (and big enough ab muscles), you will have 6 pack abs. If not, you won't. They'll be covered in fat.

    You need a reasonably strong core and a low BF% to have 6 pack abs. It's 90% diet for most people.
