Degree expiry

Apologies if this has been asked before / is a stupid question. I have searched online and on this forum and haven't found an answer.

I finished an undergrad degree last year, but because of work and moving I haven't had a chance to go to one of the conferral ceremonies yet. It would make my life easier if I could wait even longer (until next autumn) to graduate.. but that's more than a year after I finished. Do degrees "expire" in any sense - should I be in a rush to go to the conferral?

    Thanks

I would contact the Academic Registry. I'm sure they can arrange something.

Degrees dont expire. What you learnt will go out of date

Think you should be okay. I know someone who worked abroad when he finished his degree, and only attended a commencement to get his actual bit of paper during the winter of the following year (i.e. a year and a half after finishing), when he took an extra-extended Christmas break to come home. Like fishtastico said, email the academic registry and it should be grand. :)
