    Not really a blog/media question.
    Rolled over to Development.

Looks like it was built in Dreamweaver. The source contains a javascript function called MM_openBrWindow

Boardsie Enhancement Suite - a browser extension to make using Boards on desktop a better experience (includes full-width display, keyboard shortcuts, dark mode, and more). Now available through your browser's extension store.

    Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/boardsie-enhancement-suite/

    Chrome/Edge/Opera: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/boardsie-enhancement-suit/bbgnmnfagihoohjkofdnofcfmkpdmmce

MM_ is from Macromedia, the previous developers of DreamWeaver, who were bought by Adobe in 2005. Fyi/fwiw much DW's text editing bits came from Allaire's imo great editor Homesite which MM axcquired in 2001.

With a good bit of elemental drumbeat thrown into the mix.

This is a useful site for checking a website's technologies, frameworks, CMS etc.

Dreamweaver, as the previous posters have mentioned.

It also seems to be using some advanced technologies such as socket.io - probably for the live chat feature.
