Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I like their footie prices but find their cs just plain slow

    using mask me to save my passwords and from time to time
    it throws up a wrong password
    i requested a new pw and it took 6/7 hours for the email to come when
    it normally comes from other firms within a minute
    in the meantime i decided to have a couple of guesses and the account
    is now locked
    I emailed them 11 hours ago and still no reply
    no livehelp and it would cost a bomb to ring

    it's nearly not worth the value sometimes imo going with
    these foreign bookies

    what do others think about these and maybe the likes of 888 sport who
    also take a good while to reply?
