I have a load questions about this: Has anyone been to see a nutritional therapist? What is it like? How much is it? Could you see a nutritional therapist on a medical card? Any recommendations for who to go to?

I attended a nutritional therapist and found it very beneficial. The initial appointment lasts at least an hour during which the therapist takes a detailed history of your health and lifestyle. I think the appointment was around €60 but that was many years ago.

I arranged my appointment through The Irish Institute of Nutrition & Health http://www.iinh.net/nutrition-clinics/
