I have liked the Ren products I have tried, if you buy from their own website they give samples and usually have some type of offer going. Dermalogica is way overrated imo

I have their cleansing water and a moisturiser and they're really nice products. They use a lot of natural ingredients which is always good! Cloud10Beauty have an offer on at the moment with a free REN trial kit with two full price REN products. There's also 10% off your first purchase if you haven't used the site before.

Hmmm they sound interesting, and not too badly priced either. Cloud10 is a great site as well, IME.

So many products to choose from and not enough money to try them all!

Thanks - I will try to see a dermatologist when I can!

Just a note about St Ives scrub - apparently it's awful for your skin and most beauty therapists tell you not to go near it. I have some scarred pores which seem to be a result of using this too often - it's super abrasive and kind of tears at your skin. It does work but I think it's way too harsh and drying!

I know what you mean- it's effective for smoothing and getting rid of blackheads but it can be harsh. I still use it because I find it good in comparison to anything else I've tried, but what I now do is smooth a good few drops of facial oil on first (I use The Sanctuary Therapist's Secret) but Bio-Oil does the job too, then massage the scrub over the oil lightly, concentrating on the t-zone. It's almost more of a massage that way and the scrub exfoliates while also helping massage the oil into the skin, so when in rinse it off my skin feels plump and smooth, rather than dry and scratched!
