    hey everyone

    Want your opinions

Just stumbled across an add for a woman looking to locate the dad of her child.

Hes from Ireland and shes from the us

Says the spent 3 months together in Australia, she got pregnant and he bailed...that was 5 years ago.

Shes built up a bit of an online presence and im just wondering would you guys help by making it go viral or would you just pass it by and say its none of your business? My heart breaks for her and her son but im not sure if its my place to do anything

    any opinions will help

Tell her to keep her knickers on next time.

Do you know her? I'd ignore it, you're only getting one side of the story.

Unless of course you think it might be you ............

Maybe they were just pulled to the side.

Also, I'm sure the bailer would love to be found. Go get 'em OP!

Regardless of anything else, the child has a right to know who his/her father is.

I am not sure if a parent living in the US can enforce child support on a non-custodial parent who lives in Ireland.

However, I hope she can. Men who bail on supporting their own children are scum.

Jesus quite some 'slut-shaming' going on here.

There are lots of reasons why a child should know where their father is, including medical issues.

thanks for the help,if i was to make an effort with this i wont start here then...so my question still remains.

Would you guys help find him or mind ye business?

I should point out im a dad myself and think parents who bail(like my father did) should face the consequences of their action

If they spent three months together surely she has a name and a location of where he is from? County/town at least and the names of friends of his. Shouldn't be that hard.

First they came for the socialists...

I probably would. Not in a "bad boy, this is your punishment" sort of way, more "man up and be there for your child".

It's quite possible the man in question regrets bailing, and would be happy to be found.

Go for it. If he has the balls to make the child he should have the balls to be a father, who knows maybe he might want to be found at this stage

    What info does she have?

    Name?
Old phone no? - surprising what a google search or two will turn up.
Location? - He surely had a GAA jersey on at some stage!?!?
When he left Oz? - Visa records etc
    Age?
Job type? - Professional qualifications etc. Like if it was me I'm a quantity surveyor, only a few places in Ireland I could have graduated from.
Receipts left behind from a Visa card or other?

.....and if he isn't able to face the consequences of sexual intercourse he should keep his dick in his pants as well. It's hardly 100% her fault she got pregnant, is it.
Sounds like someones getting done for five years of unpaid maintenance....

Hopefully. I know a few men who don't pay a cent of maintenance and like to brag about it as well. Shower of useless f*cks the lot of them.

I hope she finds him and screws him financially as well.

From her add she knows his town which is clonmel in tipp.
Does say she tried to contact him but hasnt been able to get through so that could be a land line or more likely a mobile.

It doesnt say his age but she has his employment but hes a self employed tiles man so that doesnt help i dont think.

I think im going to share the add on my facebook,if it helps find him all the better, kid should know his dad and she shouldnt have to do this on her own

The child is 4 or 5 years old. I wonder what has happened that s/he suddenly needs a father/money? And I wonder if the child will benefit from seeing the mother's public search for the unwilling father on record in years to come?

Exactly, it could be some lunatic that he testified against/ratted up, or something along those lines.
