    Without a bother, How far could you go for a jog for on a daily basis ?

    Are you aiming to do any distance in particular? There are plenty of training plans to get up to miles and pace and get the body to handle the effort. As Sauve says, it will get easier, once you do it right.

    I would say it's the effort you're putting into it. A jog would be at a very easy effort whereas a run would be a steady or harder effort. Some might be jogging at 7 min mile and some at 11 min mile but the effort might be the same for the individual.
