    Hey .

just a quick question . Is them slentertone products like the ab and arm ones good when combined with a godo training plan and diet ? Or are they a gimmick ? If there not what is the best one ? Tbh my training looks after arms but id like a little to see if the ab ones works along with my training and diet with is clean .

You'd be better off spending your time attempting to cut fat and doing plank style exercises than using anything like that IMO.

Planks, for starters. Side bends, crunches as well. Just make sure you're doing them right.

Look at it this way ... if these products worked, there would be a lot more abz around the place

Any trainer in your gym that you feel you can get advice from?
