I got myself a sage nutri juicer plus recently but i'm new to the juicing scene..I'm reading lately about all the benefits of drinking wheatgrass daily, but i'm not sure if you can juice wheatgrass with this juicer, has anyone tried? Has anyone even felt the benefit of juicing regularly?

I've been juicing regularly for around the last 8 months. I have a lot more energy and people have commented that my skin glows. I usually have around 2L of carrot/apple/lemon/beetroot/spinach juice around 5 days per week.

I've heard that wheatgrass juice is very good for you, but I can't stomach the taste. I think you may need a specialised juicer for it.

I dont have a juicer but as an experiment using a hand held blender, did kale, cucumber celery and lemon , strained it then added in blue berries and a bunch of ground nuts. I threw the remains out but later read its good for soups. so is a juicer much more efficient? it was hard to tell if the kale was giving up the goods or not?
