So the conditions of planing were to clear a moulded hedge row, install a French drain, set back the new boundary, and achieve a sight line of 70 mts,
Roll on a year or two and along comes a eircom crew and plant a pole at 40 metres on the 2 mt apron from the new boundary to the road.
Inturn doing so, the new line crosses the lawn, as the line takes a straight line through a long sweeping bend.
The engineer made no contact at any time about the pole or line, and are refusing point blank to review the installation, or move to the other side of the road....
Any one have been in a similar situation
