phone as wifi hotspot for ps3

    i'm trying to use my s4 as a wifi hotspot for my ps3, but it says the NAT type is type 3 and this is bad for online games. it has been fine for the last few weeks but today i can only connect for a few minutes. i have tried to connect my laptop to the ps3 using a ethernet cable but the ps3 says i need a PPPoE name and password. i dont know what these are. can anyone tell how to get either the phone or the laptop connection to work? :confused:
