    Hi DonnaDarko09 -
    Did you find somewhere?

I used the weighing machine in Boots on Upper Baggot St yesterday and it's supposed to do weight, height, BMI and body fat.
But it wasn't working right and it only did my weight, height and BMI - the staff tried three times (but I got my 1.50 back)!
Now everyone in my local Boots knows how much I weight!

I was gonna try another Boots today - but I'm not sure how accurate the body fat assessment would be on those machines anyway, maybe there's no point, anyone know?

One of the trainers in Ben Dunne Sandyford offers caliper measurement for €10. I know it's not city centre, but possibly other gyms might offer this.

You can get a bod pod or dexa reading in ucd sports science lab but it'll cost ya!

I don't really see the point in spending a ton on getting a body fat calculation.

If you're changing your diet and doing a bit of exercise, you'll see the change in the mirror and in your clothes.

Seeing a change in a number isn't important.

Agreed, its just a number to obsess over. How your clothes fit is a better indicator. Just take pics and compare month to month.

2 body fat measurements to be concerned with. Too much and not enough. The actual percentage is largely irrelevant.
