Anybody a client of a Motivation clinic?

Reason I ask is because I need another one of those booklets, and I can't go back into my clinic because I still owe them €45 over an unsettled dispute, which resulted in me quitting the program prematurely.

Anyways, I lost the 15-page booklet regrettably, but if anyone would be willing to either transcribe the contents, or scan the pages I'd be willing to compensate that person with a two-figure reward, probably a tenner.

I liked the program. It worked even after I stopped going, but I also had the book to assist me and I feel lost without it. I'm after gaining about 20 lbs since November and, in short, I want to lose it.

So, mull it over. There's €10 big ones in it for you.

What's in the book that you need? I'd say all the information is readily available online? There was a large recent thread on motivation clinics if you use the search function to find it. There were a few proponents of the system on there who you could try contacting directly maybe?

If you read the stickies in this forum and do some general nutrition research for yourself though I'd bet you won't need whatever's in the handbook

I used to have a big folder somewhere on it. Have had a quick look in the house and cant seem to locate it. You would have been welcome to it if I had it, but it seems to have been thrown out into the bin. Best place for it too, in my opinion.

I don't want the folder, but I do appreciate the offer. I'm looking for the little booklet.

Typer Monkey - probably a psychological thing, but I feel as if I need the book. I'm sure a priest could find a lot of the information and guidance that he seeks online, but it's better from the bible, isn't it. Same thing I think. Or maybe not. Dunno.
