Hi, I dislocated my knee cap 2wks ago & have been in a brace with my leg stuck at 'straight' since & a few basic exercises to do.
I'm not due back at consultant till end of next week but was wondering does anyone have any experience of what to expect from here on in?
I'm anxious to get some movement so that I can at least drive & do some further exercises...

Lots of further, less severe dislocations following any hard twisting motion. Based purely on my individual experience, of course.

You'll get movement back in no time at all, though.
