Weird feeling Victor Moses will score, if he's brought on.

    You sound pregnant!! :pac:

I've a feeling we will win this about 3-1. Need to draw them out from the back unlike United did and exploit any space that creates. Not conceding might also help

I'm happy enough after his jinxing of Chelsea, there.

    Very minimalist thread.

    1-0 Liverpool
    1 Cross
    1 Header
    1 Goal

No brainfarts at the back would be nice.

Getting mentally right could be difficult for players after the highs of Saturday.

Tune in, turn on, cop out as the song says

Probably best we don't play that game. I heard they have an 81:2 crosses defended to goals conceded ratio.

    FYP

Was it not rise like a salmon?

Actually he leaped like a salmon, as we all know how good salmon are for leaping.

Any kind of a win will do nicely - but a few early goals to make it 'easier viewing' wouldn't go astray.

3-0 ....3 more points and I'll be a happy camper. We need to start well and continue it - now is not a time to slip up, keep the momentum going and you never know how the season will go.

Last time a match against Fulham meant this much?

I reckon we should start him to whip in them crosses.

Heading along to this one. Cannot wait.
Was at the Cottage in December 2012 where we lost 1-0 from a jammy Clint Dempsey goal 5 minutes from time after Spearing was sent off and Suarez earned himself a ban giving he crowd the finger on the way off the pitch. Hoping for a much better result tomorrow!!

People expecting the intensity to be a repeat of last Saturday will be disappointed imo.

Any sort of a win will do, any

We need a Yossi smells match winning moment. Skrtel Cissokho to head the ball home from a Gerrard set piece, that'll do.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,233 ✭✭✭shamrock55

Ill be happy with any kind of win here as our away form is pretty shocking

Sinnots say they will be showing this so gonna head there with Utd fans in the hope I'll be experiencing two types of joy tomorrow night!

I've a weird feeling that one of Cissokho or Apsas might have an effect if we are to win this game.

    That IS weird!!

2-0 reds, a Gerrard Pen from a foul on Sterling, and Henderson header from a set piece!

Is London weather like here? If so id be nervous.

Don't care how, just want 3pts and no injuries

    Not sure. I'll check later.

It's been awhile. Special request from Super-Rush. We'll blame him when we lose.

I'm more confident now that Fulham's Tube Strike strategy has been scuppered.

I'm fully suspicious and fearful at this stage about thread starter records. You will get the blame.

Well Henderson can't shoot so if he is gonna score it will be a header.

Liverpool to win and Suarez to get a hattrick ;) He hasnt scored in a few so he will put a few away tonight so lads get your money on him now :D

Some big shoes to fill here rarnes but after last night we all have faith in you.

Played Fulham in Fifa last night. We went 4 up but they pulled two back from bad errors by Mig and Toure(shock horror). Ended up winning 6-2.

    It's fine here in London.

Anyone reckon it's worth trying heading over to the ground and checking for tickets?

I'm looking at probably 4-0 Liverpool.

Fullofham played a blinder against UTD. but they'll be exhausted after that.

They barely left their own box, I can't see them being too exhausted.

Thats what i was thinking myself but on the flip side so could we.

I hope its not another West Brom performance tonight.

Hope to god Cissokho and Toure are in a good mind set. Can't have them doing anything silly or we will be punished.

Cissokho (or suduko as my son calls him) hasn't impressed me since his arrival.

Fingers & toes crossed for a good win, Suarez needs to score a few tonight.

Just checked. Had to go back to Hodgson times to find the last one.

Last 3 league games: Bolton (win), Blackburn (loss) Birmingham (draw)

Ad for the cups I started the thread for the Northampton game :o and the 0-0 with Uterect which was a shocking game.

The Hodgson era obviously scarred me for a long time from making match threads :pac:

With the weather that's over Ireland zipping east I can't help but wonder if the games in the south of England might be called off.

    We're fucked

Unless that's the Blackburn game when Hodgson got sacked soon after? Because that's more or less a win, in hindsight :p

Far too much positivity here for this to be anything but a disappointing result. Seriously.

    1-0 home win :(

Hoping that the WBA game covered our inevitable balls up quota for a few games at least.

    3-1 Liverpool

Early goal is a must tonight. I'd worry the longer it goes on, dont really want to give fulham anything to hold on to for any period of this game.

Oddly enough the united arsenal game could play a role in this later. If we're drawing late on and a full time of a draw in United arsenal comes in I imagine the away fans will go mental and could push us over the line.

I'm cautiously optimistic for tonights game though if you can be such a thing
