can anyone recommend good aqua aerobics classes in galway? or swimming lessons. have been advised after 2 recent injuries after bootcamp style classes to stick with low impact exercise like swimming or aqua aerobics. have been advised after 2 recent injuries after bootcamp style classes to stick with low impact exercise like swimming or aqua aerobics. I tried aqua aerobics before in a hotel leisure facility and it was fairly timid class. I am looking for a class that would challenging and feel like an actual workout
