no thyroid what not to eat ?

I have no thyroid and wonder has anyone got a definite list on what not to eat....i have already given up gluten and soy sauce...anything else ? i get so tired some days compared to others....i realise this is part and parcel of having no thyroid. but could it be related to diet as well?...naturally i take medication in…

Sorry you got no replies here, pop over to the Long term Illness forum where there is a thread on "thyroid misery". It's a long thread but there are some very informative posts from other sufferers who are great for advice.
