Is there any way to set Ireland as the default country when you type something into the search box in Safari? The default seems to be Goole.com and i can't find a way to change it.

The search bar in Chrome seems to default to Ireland.

Get the AnySearch extension for Safari....

Once installed, go to Safari -> Extensions -> select the AnySearch extension, and make the following changes...

Search Engine: Custom (use text field below)
    Custom Search Engine: http://www.google.ie/search?q=@@@

All future searches in the Safari address bar will be passed to google.ie instead.
