    Hi
I need a basic cloud server running Centos just for learning purposes,I could setup a machine at home but I would rather have a cloud server setup so my server at home would not be running 24/7,can anyone recommend a service they have used which doesn't cost too much?

    Thanks in advance

Would you consider just running your learning lab in VirtualBox, that's what I do.

Ive several CentOS servers running a OpenStack cloud. If its only for learning, no need to pay for a vps, you can easily do it all in VirtualBox. And SSH into your CentOS boxes from your PC as you would with a paid solution.

Or do you need a 24/7 instance.

AWS do free tier EC2 options, Ive only tried their ubuntu servers tho, no issues

Sorry col.in.Cr, we can't discuss hosting here on boards.ie

Go to google.ie and do a quick search for
    cloud servers for developers

Plenty of low-cost options out there.

    If that's the case,
People can feel free to PM me with services they have used and found to be good but not too expensive.
