    Hey,

I am travelling to the US with work in early March, just realized that my passport is up in June ( I have been to the US many times before, but never when my passport expires in a few months )

Just wondering if this would be a problem? should i look to applying for a new one ASAP? (i dont want to apply for one so close to travelling if i dont have to)

I'm only going for a week.

    thanks!

The above post should reassure you but if you'd like a practical example, I went to the US in November 2011 on a passport that expired in January 2012 - there was less than two months left on it. The immigration agent in the airport never passed any comment. As long as the passport will be valid on the day you depart the US, it's fine.

It's fine. I've done it before.
