3-0 England, Care with a DG

  • Farrell misses routine penalty, Care kicks a good drop goal.

    Sco 0 - 3 Eng

    Mon you scots.

  • If it starts to rain this pitch is going to tear apart. It's horrific

  • Laidlaw misses a 42m kick from the right touchline.

  • Pitch looks like Donnybrook used to after 3/4 rounds of the SCT and Leinster playing every other week on it.

    Faz having a shocker

  • Luther Burrell barrels through for an easy try

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30,308 ✭✭✭✭.ak

Gonna be a long day for Scotland...

Burrell really is just a 12. It's gas, they're just using two different type of 12s and have forgotten about having an outside centre.

    Brainless from Lamont.

England look like they'll take a big chunk out of our big points difference in this game.

The difference in discipline and accuracy after watching Ireland to watching Scotland, it's like night and day

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,636 ✭✭✭✭Tox56

And right on cue, Jim Hamilton must be the most penalty prone player in the history of rugby

Garces let them away with murder there but fair play

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30,308 ✭✭✭✭.ak

Scotland would be dangerous if they had a brain...

What's the story with England putting on new jerseys?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,816 ✭✭✭corny

Owen Farrell should be shot for that.

Could be hard to distinguish from the scots when ref is looking for white against blue. Happened last week as well I think. Well if not last week, recently enough in another match.

England really don't have much threat at the breakdown, not as much as Wales did on paper anyway, hopefully this will free up some players when we go to Twickers and we'll see some better attacking play

Realise its hardly an enthralling game but Hamilton does some amount of moaning in commentary

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,063 ✭✭✭✭tayto lover

George Hamilton is very irritating. Little p****.

Does Brian Moore always quote Macbeth when Scotland are playing?

"It is a tale. Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury. Signifying nothing."

Succinct description of Scottish rugby all right.

Terribly harsh penalty there. TH lost his footing.

Farrell having an absolute shocker here. Probably why a Scottish team this poor are actually still in it...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,836 ✭✭✭✭Pudsy33

    This match is absolutely painful

Billy reminds me of that giant kid who would always be playing under 9's that would have 6 kids hanging off him.

POM must be licking his lips looking at all these dummies and runs by Owen Farrell.

  • This is rubbish

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,246 ✭✭✭trackguy

Conditions not helping but both teams are as dull as dishwater.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 911 ✭✭✭Irlandczyk

Denton off. Is he injured? The only Scottish player actually doing anything for Scotland!

What does Twelvetrees bring to the party exactly? I've never been impressed with him any time I've seen him.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,816 ✭✭✭corny

Jesus what is it with both teams kicking away possession when they're massively on the front foot.

  • Hogg with a shocking attempt at a tackle there

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,658 ✭✭✭Kanrith

    Scotland are awful.

Not seeing anything here from England to indicate that Joe won't be able to formulate a game plan that will take them apart.
